On October 23rd, the Outback Steakhouse of High Point, NC held its first ever 5k for the support of Carolina's own WE Foundation. The 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run began and ended at Oak View Baptist Church, 810 Oak View Rd. in High Point, NC. Our participants were very pleased with our course and the overall organization. We had approximately 200 participants in our first event! Our 5k winner was Lincoln Bennett of Greensboro, NC with a time of 17:13. Our 1-Mile Fun Run winner was Raymonte Dow with a time of 6:06.
